I’m Todd Nettles, a loan originator at Home1st Lending, and my career has been built on service. I spent 12 years in the U.S. Army, including two deployments to the Middle East and time as a squad leader — experience that taught me how to stay calm under pressure, take responsibility for the people counting on me, and get the details right the first time.

I’m a UCF graduate with a degree in psychology. What’s carried through every role is a passion for serving the public: understanding what people actually need and helping them get there. Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions most people make, and I’m proud to guide clients through it with patience and care.
