Hi! I’m Ruben, a Loan Originator here at Home1st Lending. I leverage my deep knowledge of the mortgage industry to help families achieve their dream of homeownership and build generational wealth through real estate investments. It’s incredibly rewarding to guide clients through the mortgage process and see them reach their goals.

I was born in Chicago, Illinois, and moved to South Florida in 2001. In 2008, I made the move to Central Florida, where I’ve been happily living in Deltona ever since. I love the area’s unique blend of urban convenience and natural beauty—the local wildlife is amazing!

Outside of work, I’m passionate about hands-on projects that involve both physical effort and creativity. Whether it’s landscaping, home renovations, or building computers from scratch, I find these activities both challenging and therapeutic. It’s a great way for me to unwind and engage in meaningful work.
