Meet Pei Yu Liu – Loan Officer Assistant

Hi, my name is Pei Yu Liu and I am a Loan Officer assistant at Home 1st Lending. With passion for risk assessment with highly analytical skills and deep knowledge of financial guidelines, I support the mortgage lending process by helping clients navigate each step from application to closing. I assist with collecting and reviewing documentation, maintaining communication with borrowers, coordinating with lenders and third parties, and ensuring loan files remain organized and compliant with company and regulatory requirements.                                                                                                                                              I have over 20yrs of experiences in financial analysis, underwriting, portfolio management, risk assessment, and sales in the global banking and mortgage industry. I am known for strong attention to detail, excellent customer service, and effective multitasking, I work closely with loan officers to provide a smooth and efficient experience for clients. My goal is to help borrowers feel informed and supported throughout the financing process while timely loan approvals and successful closings.

I am a perfectionist who is extremely organized, so you will often find me trying to figure out different ways to make something better and get it done in a faster time no matter if it’s in my professional or personal life. I am all about being most efficient and most productive at everything I do. When I’m not at work, I love spending quality time with my family and sometimes catch up with friends when possible
