Hi! I’m Felix Ospina Jr a Mortgage Loan Advisor with Home1st Lending proudly serving Central Florida.  Although I was born in New Jersey, I’ve called Central Florida home for more than 20 years, and I’m passionate about helping individuals and families achieve the dream of homeownership throughout the community I love.

With over five years in the mortgage industry and a background serving in the United States Army, I’ve built my business around integrity, education, and genuine relationships.  I believe every client deserves more than just a mortgage loan; they deserve someone who will take the time to listen and help them make confident financial decisions.

As a bilingual loan officer fluent in English and Spanish, I enjoy working with homebuyers from all backgrounds, especially those in the Hispanic community.  First-time homebuyers and fellow veterans hold a special place in my heart because I understand how overwhelming the process can feel, and I consider it a privilege to help guide them every step of the way while ensuring they receive the benefits and opportunities available to them.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me traveling and staying active through sports like soccer, pickleball, and volleyball.  Those are my preferred forms of therapy!
