Originally from Jersey City, New Jersey, but Florida-grown, Beatrice has called Central Florida home for most of her life. She brings a warm, driven, and people-first approach to everything she does and genuinely enjoys building relationships and being part of the journey toward homeownership.

Her experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator gave her valuable insight into the homebuying process, from managing important deadlines and documentation to communicating with the many parties involved in getting a transaction to the closing table.

Today, Beatrice is a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator and Loan Officer Assistant with Home 1st Lending, where she continues to expand her knowledge while helping create a smooth and positive experience throughout the loan process.

Outside of work, Beatrice is a proud mom of two who values family, faith, and personal growth. She enjoys traveling, discovering new places, and making time for the people and experiences that matter most.
