Fabian Gomez is a dedicated and experienced mortgage loan originator with the ScottyHomeLoans Team at Home 1st Lending.
With a robust educational background from the University of Central Florida, where he double-majored in Real Estate and Finance, Fabian brings a comprehensive understanding of the housing market and financial planning to his clients.
Originally from Broward County, Fabian has been a resident of East Orlando since 2007. His career in real estate began in 2013, and he transitioned into the mortgage industry in 2016.
Over the years, he has gained valuable experience working for multiple builder mortgage companies and a large direct lender. In 2023, Fabian made the strategic move to Home 1st Lending, where he continues to provide exceptional service to his clients.
Outside of his professional life, Fabian is an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys watching football, basketball, and hockey. He loves exploring new cities and towns, which fuels his passion for adventure and the outdoors.
He owns a Toyota Tacoma, which he uses to pursue his interest in Overlanding to use more for camping and trail riding in the future. Fabian is also a proud pet owner of a three-legged Chihuahua, who adds joy and inspiration to his life.
